Terms and Conditions
Econ-O-Check's (“ECC”) Security Documents contain confidential
information (“Confidential Information”) and are supplied purely to
enable recipient (“Recipient”) to evaluate security and operational
controls regarding ECC. No part of the documents may be
disclosed nor communicated in any manner to any person or entity
within or outside Recipient except to its directors and officers and
such attorneys or other advisors to Recipient who have a need to
know of such Confidential Information, provided that prior to any
disclosure of any document(s) or any of the Confidential Information
being made thereto, each such individual shall be instructed as to
the confidential nature thereof, and each shall agree to use only
for the purpose of evaluating ECC’s operations.
